About Your Coach

Through 15+ years of experience as a physiotherapist and coach , I’ve developed a simple, effective approach that helps women improve posture, movement, and daily habits—leading to long-lasting results when practiced consistently.

After working with many women struggling with chronic pain, low energy, and the challenge of staying consistent with their health, I’ve seen a common pattern - most solutions focus on quick fixes rather than addressing the root cause.

My goal is to help women feel strong in their bodies, and create a sustainable routine that supports their well-being without overwhelm.
